Once you have added all your desired items to your Shopping Cart, follow these instructions:

- Proceed to checkout
- Check your email for a Sales Order Summary

Enter the item code you are looking for and press Enter on your keyboard.
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
Unfortunately, you cannot reserve your Order online.
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we may be able to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Our packages are delivered over land by leading third party courier companies.
Our courier delivery partners will make 2 attempts to deliver your parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, state and city while placing an Order given is accurate. On the second failed attempt, your order will be cancelled.

Return & Exchange

For exchanges based on personal preference, customers are responsible for sending the item back to our warehouse. Once received and approved, the replacement item will be shipped at no additional replacement fee.
